I have been really lucky to have travelled to various beautiful destinations in my lifetime, primarily in the UK and Europe.

Just from those trips I have been able to recall some outstanding scenery, places, and environments.

From the “top of the world” views like the island of  Santotini and azzure qualities of the Aegean Sea below, see photo at the top of this website, to the Gaudi buildings and architecture of Barcelona, and the volcanic landscapes of the Canary islands. These breathtaking images can motivate the world to do anything. We are so lucky and yet we take such things for granted. The natural world we live in and the colours it creates are magical beyond belief.

Obviously if you don’t have the money to travel far or have opportunities because of too many other priorities, then such places can only exist as a dream However, that can be terrific inspiration to someone and they can move mountains, metaphorically, to achieve their goal.

You dont have to travel though to find a place of inspiration. It can be as simple as your bedroom, bathroom, or back garden. Some people are clever enough to transform a place or space, with their imagination, and with help.

Here are some other places I am inspired by and have visited or would consider visiting;

Pompeii – I love history and nature and this for me is definitely one place I have on my bucket list. Having studied Latin and History at school its very close to my heart for inspiration.

Bruges – Absolutely beautiful city with canals, architecture and yes….chocolate and lace.

Canada – the whole country is just amazing to me and a must see in time

New Zealand – similarly the whole country is so captivating (Hobbit and Lord of the Rings locations especially)
